This coming Spring, Alpine Canada will again be hosting their annual Coaches Summit in Calgary - April 27 to 29, 2009. Last year there were three days of excellent presentations and over 150 Canadian and foreign coaches in attendance. This is a wonderful opportunity for all coaches to be exposed to some of the best coaches and knowledge in the world. We encourage all BC coaches to attend. It is our hope that the coaches in each zone will pool their transportation recourses and travel to Calgary together.

Professional development of our coaches is a priority and for this reason BC Alpine will cover the registration cost for all active BC club coaches who attend. We have not yet received exact location or agenda details for the Summit, but will forward all the information to the clubs and coaches as soon as it is available.
